Hi All,

I’ve recently been diagnosed with bartonella.
I didn’t know such hell on earth existed. crying

Just wondering if any here have had any experiences? I’m so lost with all of it.

cat scratch fever. From what I understand there hasn't been a confirmed direct tick transfer from this. More likely to be fleas or infected animal as the transfer route.

So sorry you are going through this.
I have been life threateningly sick with Lyme in the past. Grateful that I am doing well. This was back when Lyme was marginalized and symptoms often considered in one’s head.

I can’t imagine what you must be going through. I hope you find the needed health care and experience full recovery.

My research also says not tick borne but cat scratch fever.
My dear friend had that as a young adult and had to have a surgery abd have a couple of lymph nodes removed from her arm. It resolved after that.

Shehawk - This aspect has been - well, shocking. I’m reading more applicable forums since posting this and Ive seen it commonly noted that it’s usually best not to say too much about the condition bc people that don’t understand don’t know what they don’t understand.

Im so glad you are doing better; I can certainly understand how it becomes life threatening. Your recovery is very encouraging to hear and thank you for sharing that aspect. ❤️
